HELLO, I'M FANNY
I'm Fanny, and that's what you can call me. I live in Guadalajara, Mexico, alongside the love of my life, Diego. I'm a woman in love with God, life, real connections, and of course, photography.
My journey began unexpectedly. While studying psychology, photography was just a hobby. I practiced Sundays at my church and took courses occasionally. By graduation, I already had photography contracts – now I'm living that utopia!
As a wedding photographer with over 7 years of experience, I specialize in destination weddings, traveling throughout Mexico and internationally. My psychology background enriches my work: I read environments before photographing, practice active listening, and apply color psychology in my editing to communicate specific emotions.
My style combines documentary, editorial, cinematic, and artistic elements, specializing in "Loose Editorial" – a hybrid that merges directed editorial concepts with the raw spontaneity of documentary photography. I'm an observer of atmospheres, able to predict emotional moments. I document not just the couple, but their entire environment: the sky, reactions, spaces, and every detail that made their moment unique.

rAIN, HAIL OR SHINE, I WON’T MISS A BEAT
My Pre-Wedding Ritual: I surrender any mental/emotional burdens to God so I can arrive with an open soul. My gear is ready beforehand to eliminate stress – I just focus on getting ready thoughtfully, eating a great breakfast, and arriving early so the first moments are pure inspiration.
A Curiosity: My story with Diego is pure telenovela: we met in 2011, but didn't get together until 2018. That first night we ended up at a park – him skating, me photographing him. I thought I was taking photos of everything, but it was only him. That's how I knew I liked him!
My Passions: Theology – knowing God is my infinite delight. I love art in its many forms and I'm very much a homebody. Though I love staying home, traveling expands my mind. Italy stole my heart during our anniversary eurotrip.
My Pleasures: Those 10 minutes driving home after working out, bathed in endorphins. Weekend indulgent meals are unforgivable to skip! Meaningful conversations give life purpose, and feeling God's presence is my everything.

I tend to fall into perfectionism and must constantly remind myself that what remains is the lived experience, not just achieving the goal. My work is a tool to serve and bless others, and I believe that while we seek excellence, we must remember to find joy in the process.
Every wedding tells its own story, and my mission is to narrate it with sensitivity, art, and beautiful light. It's a deep privilege to be invited into couples' intimate moments, and I don't take this responsibility lightly.
3 what inspires me
Every wedding, every shoot, I see the world through a whole new lens. Your story will be different from the last, and this ignites my passion all over again.
I find my deepest inspiration in nature's most magical moments – especially sunsets when golden light paints the world. There's something about the way light dances during those fleeting hours that speaks to my soul.
Rain moves me tremendously. There's poetry in the way it transforms ordinary moments into something cinematic and raw. The atmosphere that rain creates – that sense of intimacy and vulnerability – resonates deeply with my approach to capturing authentic emotions.
Music has the power to transport me and make me feel every moment more intensely. It's the soundtrack to my creative process, helping me connect with the rhythm and emotion of each wedding day.
I'm drawn to atmospheres that radiate peace and happiness – those moments when time seems to stand still. It's in these instances that I find myself unable to stop capturing, when photography becomes more than just an image and transforms into visual poetry.

ADHD is my superpower
Aesthetics – Whether it's breathtaking locations or carefully composed images, I constantly seek beauty in both the grand and the subtle.
Exercise – It keeps me centered and energized for those long wedding days where I'm dancing with time, couples, and my camera.
Laughing with my husband – These genuine moments of joy remind me why I'm so passionate about capturing authentic happiness in others.
